We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team of dedicated insurance professionals at our Sioux Lookout office. The Receptionist will cultivate a welcoming environment with a focus on handling the front desk and will assist with general office duties. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, and will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

To be successful in this role, candidates will need:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related field

Join our team this summer! We're seeking a motivated student to join our Kenora office for a seasonal position. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. 

The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks and projects independently. This role involves providing support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability is key.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support office operations

We are actively seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Administrator, providing support to our Commercial team at our Kenora office. About the Job

The Administrator will support their department efficiently and accurately processing policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and will diligently record all business activities. The Administrator will be comfortable navigating between various company portals, documenting files and verifying information.

This role demands versatility, independence as well as being able to work in a team environment on a wide variety of administrative tasks and projects.

About You

  • Effective communication, attention to detail, compliance with regulations and processes, and a commitment to great service by resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner, are essential for this role.
  • Maintain data integrity and contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of administrative operations within the organization.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Experience working under pressure and maintaining composure in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Must be willing to participate in ongoing training and education
  • Proficient using computer applications, including MS Office
